Biography
Dr. Michael Tim graduated from University of California at San Diego School of Medicine in 1980 and completed his residency at Children's Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He completed a fellowship in adolescent medicine where he focused solely on care for those aged 12-20. He joined Lawrenceville Pediatrics at their Lawrenceville office in the late 1980's and moved over to our Loganville office in 2019. Dr. Tim is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has privileges at Piedmont and Northside hospital systems as well as Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Dr. Tim takes pride in taking care of his patients throughout their late teenage years and has more than a few patients who now bring their children to him! When not at work, Dr. Tim enjoys gardening, tae kwon do, taking walks, and spending time with his wife, Peggy, and their sons along with their families. He is especially proud of his 3 grandchildren!
