• Jamie H If you google customer service on Google Beth picture should come up when you talk about amazing customer service. She is located at the lilburn location. Beth followed back up with me and sent all my documentation where they need to go in a timely manner. When dealing with a lot of patients everyday I know it can be stressful. Beth shows she is a leader and can handle anything that comes her way and that’s what matters when being in customer service. Beth I appreciate everything you done for me. If no one Else ever tells you always keep that positive attitude it will get you far in life. Thanks so much again!

• Saddie I have been coming to this office for 14 years and I must say I love Ms. Laura, she takes her time and gets to know her patients, I hope she never leaves! And now they have Jennifer at the front desk and she is AMAZING, both of their bedside manners are superb! As always the facility is absolutely clean and not staggered with patients. Thank you for keeping us safe and happy in the midst of the pandemic 😷

• Fatima V Alex, one of the nurses there is so sweet and kind to my daughters. I would really recommend her to be your kids nurse. Front desk customer sucks tho, Janet and Susana are really rude at front desk. The only nice one is Zaribeeth for front desk. Dr. Laura is so sweet as well with my kids. I would recommend these staff.

• Jose P 5 stars, staff, providers are excellent, friendly and care about my child. My child has been coming here since birth. My family members kids come here too and they love it! Laura-one of the NPs always has excellent bedside manner, and we especially appreciate how she puts things in layman's terms so that we understand. She makes us feel like family. Any concerns are always promptly addressed when we call or happen to be in office. Always caring and with positive spirit/attitude makes us feel at ease when we bring our children here. She is very knowledgeable and I especially appreciate her holistic approach to treatment. The other providers: Sonia- and Dr. May are excellent as well, and if we cannot see Laura we gladly are able to see one of the other providers. We appreciate they work together as a team and the care our children receive is seamless.

• Grisely M Office staff is very kind and always willing to help. For the most part I am able to get me in on the same day when the girls are sick; they have saved a lot of hospital visits. Ms.Garcia is outstanding and has create bedside manner. Doesn’t treat the like another patient; she goes the extra mile and takes in consideration the parents concerns and answers all your questions. I am very pleased and feel at ease with the treatment.

But we are so happy we made the change! From the very first visit, everyone has been so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The staff is always patient and understanding, and the doctors truly take the time to listen and care for our kids. We never feel rushed, and all of our concerns are addressed thoroughly. It’s such a relief to know our children are in good hands — we absolutely love this place!

• Imma D Dr.May Hawawini is the best I would drive 2hr+ to see her I don’t mind , I have been going to Dr May since 2012 and if she move to different clinic I don’t mind changing for her taking care of my kids and give her time to explain everything clearly everything as a parent need to know . The staff is amazing as well , I will highly recommended pediatric partners of Gwinnett!!!

• Tressa L Where to start..... I have many children all with different needs. So we have to go to different offices when necessary. Conyers office has Dr. Bessey, Peachtree office has Dr George if you have a child with Autism he is a MUST. Both Doctors are an A+ Everyone has hit or miss when it comes to the front end help. BUT LILBURN OFFICE has FINALLY STEPPED UP THEIR GAME. They have Infiniti Taylor who works up front and I have been in there multiple times in the past three weeks and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. she has greeted me with a smile. She is helpful, sympathetic when needed, and compassionate as well. She has been such a delight. She has made sure I got the paper work I needed. Zaribeeth Frias also went out of her way to help me while I was there and I realized she was the one who made the appointment over the phone. She is also so sweet. This office has been way down in the dumps in the past. I chose to stay because of Dr George and Dr Bessey, but NOW Lilburn has the new front end working as a team and together kicking butt!!!! I love the CPNP Rebekah Brigola which she has been there a long time and has always been amazing. Now they have a new addition which I just saw for the first time a few weeks ago, Dr Nwobu she is really good. I really like her as well. along with Rita Meda PA. They all have my children GREAT care!!! The prescriptions were all called in like they said. never had to call back and ask if the doctor could or did call in. They took their time to check the children and listen to each one of them and then educate them on what was wrong with them. I am super shocked how much better this office has become. It is not always the Doctors that play an Important role but the front end too!!!!! SOOOO HATS OFF TO THEM ALL

• Madison C Dr. Bessey is by far the best pediatrician. I went to him in my teen years and when I had my daughter I knew exactly where to bring her. Not only him but his staff are so amazing. They are compassionate, they take the time to listen to you, and they always take care of any issues my daughter has. Doctor Bessey does not rush you, he is thorough, and so kind and really cares about his patients. You will not feel like a number at his office and I couldn’t recommend them more!!

• Brandelyn H Both of my sons ages 6 and 4 come here and they both are on the spectrum. NP Johnson is amazing!!! We’ve been seeing her for over 2 years and we’ve had no issues!! Even the front staff is amazing. We started at Five Forks Trickum when they were born and moved to this location bc it was starting to get crowded so this location is more laid back. But they are very patient, nice and very understanding. I’d recommend any location. Also both of my sons got their autism diagnosis from Dr. George who is very nice.

• Raynesha M My children are new to this office so they only been there a couple of times. Scheduling was easy and they had available appointments that wasn’t months away. Whenever I had to interact with the receptionist ( by phone or in person) she’s always very professional and friendly and helpful with any questions I had. When I needed a physical form filled out for sports I just dropped it off to be completed and actually picked it up the same day. Dr May is so sweet. She thoroughly checked my kids during their exam, she didn’t rush through to try and push us out the door because of overbooking. She took her time talking to and getting to know them. She seems like the type of doctor who really cares about her patients. Overall I’m very pleased with this clinic and feel that my children are in good hands.

• ginavelt d I cannot recommend the pediatric office with Nurse Practitioner Laura Orlando highly enough! When my child was diagnosed with pneumonia, we were understandably anxious. From the moment we walked in, Laura and her team provided exceptional care and support. Laura’s thoroughness and compassion made a world of difference. She took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that was easy for both me and my husband to understand. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my child's well-being put us at ease during a stressful time. Thanks to Laura's expertise, my child received the right treatment promptly, and I saw improvements quickly. If you're looking for a pediatric office where your child’s health is the top priority, look no further than this practice for pediatric care!

• Neida L Crazy reading the previous post. We have been coming here since our daughter was a newborn 10/2022. She has been treated with so much care and attention. The staff is always friendly. They have a big waiting area for sick children which I appreciate the separation, we don’t want our daughter to get sick. We don’t usually wait longer than 10 minutes for our name to be called for our appointment. The one time we went without an appointment early morning bc our daughter was sick they saw us fairly quickly bc they had a cancellation. They also send us home with a book for us to read with our baby after every visit. This location is a lot cleaner than the Norcross location. They are currently renovating but we don’t see any mess when we are there. I love Dr. Woods he’s the absolute best and every nurse we have encountered there.

• Amethyst T It took me years to find a pediatrician office that is worth every penny of my insurance. The doctors stop and pay attention. They care and listen to my concerns. Not make me feel like I’m being extra regarding my son. Another physician office dismissed my concerns regarding my son’s ears. 4 hours after sending us home he sparked 104 fever. So when I say THESE doctors listen that’s what I mean. From his skin to his allergies to his learning development. They also give informative USEFUL information. The after hours clinic is THE BEES KNEES! Super convenient for parents like me. To add the staff from all locations are nice. Like NICE NURSES and FRONT DESK! This is probably the most glowing review I’ve ever given. And to add no matter the location you call information and help regarding your child will be provided!!!

• Megan R The providers at this pediatric office are outstanding. I have taken my children to this practice for years. I am so happy with the care they are given. Providers that we have experienced are: Dr. Wood, Dr. Nwobu, CNPC Orlando, and CPNP Brigola. The nurses and the doctors care about their patients and consistently go above and beyond to support them and their families. Their after hours clinic has helped us save money by keeping us out of the emergency room on weekends!
