Biography
Shekita is a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in pediatric emergency and primary care. She currently serves at Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Ms. Shekita holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and is dedicated to improving child health outcomes through preventive care, education, and evidence-based treatment. She is also a mentor, presenter, and advocate for advancing pediatric healthcare policies.
